Summer´s coming to an end, and nature dresses in different colours. Be part of this amazing spectacle and enjoy the last hiking tours before the winter. This is the very season when South Tyrolean tradition reaches its culinary highlight with the famous Törggelen. This is a traditional meal consisting of new vine from the region, speck, kaminwurzen (typical South Tyrolean susages) or cured meat with sauerkraut, shaked bred or other traditional farmers´ food. The meal closes with woodcoal-roasted chestnuts.
